Can I track my order?
Of course! Once your order is made you will receive a confirmation email followed by a notification email to inform you that your item has been dispatched. In this email, you will find your tracking number.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or change orders once they have been made as orders are processed through our system immediately.
What is your return policy?
Sorry! At this time we do not accept returns, however, we are accepting exchanges seven days upon receipt, please contact our team at info@asterivision.com. All original packaging must be returned in order to receive your exchange, Your order must show no signs of wear.
For international orders will I have to pay duties and taxes?
All customs, import duties, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are imposed by your local customs. We ship your package DDU, ‘duties and taxes unpaid’ and we do not collect the VAT, duties or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These charges can differ for every country, If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by yourself in order for your package to clear customs. This does not apply to UK orders.
Are asteri sunglasses UV protected?
Yes! All of our sunglasses are 100% UV and UVA protected.
Where can I buy asteri? Do you have any stockists?
We don’t have any stockists, all of our styles are exclusive to our online store.
